  • Flowers are subject to local availability. All efforts will be taken to duplicate bouquets and arrangement, if we are unable to supply your chosen item we reserve the right to substitute a product of equivalent value, quality and color.

    We may deliver some flowers in bud to increase vase life. Instructions on caring for your flowers are provided with each flower delivery.

    For special requirements such as a color and particular flowers please ensure you indicate your needs or contact the Art Fleur team.

  • The prices for the products on the website are stated and payable in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).

    All prices and delivery charges within New Zealand are inclusive of New Zealand Goods and services Tax at the rate of 15%

    We may vary any prices on our website at any time and without notice to the buyer.

  • For Auckland locations that are not rural deliveries can be same day as long as the order is in before 12pm (noon) on the day of delivery. All other Auckland deliveries are next day.

    We will do our best to deliver any product within the time frames indicated however we do not guarantee delivery of any product if the recipient refuses to accept, the address is not correct or complete, the recipient address not specified or it is unsafe to enter the address.

    If the recipient is not at the address specified when the delivery is made, we will do our best to leave the product in a safe location. If we do leave delivery in what we believe to be a safe location, we will not be liable if it goes missing or is lost or damaged.

    In the unlikely event that product cannot be delivered it will be brought back to our shop to our agents premises and we will make contact with you to arrange a new delivery time and date.The customer will remain responsible for the cost of all deliveries. A second delivery attempt may incur an additional charge.

    Goods leaving are adequately packed for delivery.

    No damage claims will be considered after 2 days of receipt of goods.

  • We stand by our product 100%, if for any reason something went wrong please contact us.

    Please note we cannot accept the flowers back if you change your mind as they are a perishable product. Orders may be amended or cancelled up to 24 hours before the intended delivery date.
